my high school bedroom wall
random sketches I made from ages 14-17. mostly from Pinterest, the others probably google. also some random memories I wanted to jot down.
- I drew the bottom left elephant girl in Illinois (2016ish). I must have been either a freshmen or sophomore in high school. I was living with my dad, I don't remember where my family was but I stayed home and sat in the kitchen drawing this. I remember the kitchen table was circular and completely glass, there was an orange feel to the lighting and I had to restart because I made the proportions off. When I finished, I purposely left it out so everyone would see when they got back lol
- The three female bodies were my first attempt at using charcoal.
- The upside down dragonfly created this weird obsession with dragonflies for like 2 years
- I went off to college like 3 months after I put this up. When I came back to visit I got embarrassed with how expressive and intimate it is and took it down the same night
