Apple Turnover

You asked me in response to "I love you", "How much?".
There are no words I can pick to formulate a sentence strong enough to encapsulate the amount of love I have for you,

but I do know I love you enough to build you a house,
and so a house I built.

It's not the biggest house,
but there's enough space for you and I are our little mini you and me's.
It's not the strongest house,
but I drew flowers from the spreading cracks and turned them into loving trees.

and I love you enough to grow apples from these trees,
and so apples I grew.

There aren't a lot of apples,
but there are plenty for all of us with some leftover.

They aren't the sweetest apples,
but I'll save all the extras and use them for a dessert,

I'm thinking Apple Turnover?
